This is typically me on April 1st:
I absolutely detest practical jokes and pranks, anything done at someone else's expense. Probably because while growing up, my younger brothers were horrendous on this day.
Instead, I plan on being reflective today and sharing the most recent post from Eat.Sleep.Knit's blog, in regards to their April limited edition colorway, Little Magnolia. I have never been able to have children, so I cannot imagine the pain of losing one such little soul. Please consider donating to March of Dimes.
In other ESK news, I'm excited for the new quarter, because it means more challenges. I have already started working on my Mitered Square project (with the gorgeous Blue Moon Fiber Arts Targhee Worsted). I have a vest/no-sleeve project in mind, but I've never made a garment before, aside from scarves and hats of all sorts. So the third KAL challenge, the Hitofude Cardigan, has me intimidated.
You can find Eat.Sleep.Knit online by clicking the adorable link below. Or find me on Ravelry! I like making new friends!

And of course, I must add a photo of Cody, in all his yarn-jealous glory:
